I believe that marriages and families are delightful - and often demanding of our time, thoughts and emotions. That’s why, for over 35 years I have developed the skills and tools to support couples and families from all ages, backgrounds and circumstances. So, I enjoy bringing hope, strength and skills to parents, couples and kiddos through strong mental and relationship skills.
Parenting with little ones can create significant stress to a marriage, so intentionally building both parenting and marriage skills together keeps the family unit strong and steady and keeps that ugly D (divorce) weed out of their lives.
No matter what group I work with – kids, teens and adults, my goal is to help them learn (and live) life in a more FUN Way.
FUN stands for
F=Fulfilling or satisfying so that the relationships stay connected with compassion and care. U=Helping the relationships - at any age or stage – be Unlimited in what is talked about, thought about and experienced.
And then building these skills in ways that enhance our own personalities, while also honoring others so the relationships become
This is the life God intends for us to have and it is good. You can also connect with her through Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram.

I became a Marriage and Family Therapist because I have a genuine passion for supporting people with identifying and healing their individual wounds in order to create healthy, loving, nurturing, and ever evolving relationships. During the early stages of my career, I worked in agency settings throughout NYC, providing therapy to families with children in the juvenile justice system and teenage girls who became pregnant in foster care. I interned with leading LMFT’s during Graduate School and later opened a private practice. My primary focus is supporting individuals and couples with increased self-awareness, having transparent conversations, therefore enabling them to create authentic relationships. I have noticed in my couples work that when triggers arise and are discussed and validated, couples feel connected and safe. Emotional safety is vital in romantic relationships, I provide tools to support couples with creating a safe space within their relationship. I am also passionate about painting. I believe every person deserves an opportunity for creative expression. I share this passion through volunteer work, bringing art to individuals with developmental disabilities. Whether through couples work or healing art, my goal is support others with creating the love, life, and relationships they desire while being authentically themselves! With a plethora of ways to heal, there is not one "right way" to approach it; I commit to ethics, morality, and rightfulness. I have received healing and worked with several mentors to learn how to heal myself and others.
I relate with you! I can relate to those who are new to these terms and tools. I did not grow up with the words "energy work, frequencies, healing, Life Force Energy, or meditation" in my vocabulary. I commit to continue to learn and share tools with you, and allow your choice of which to move forward with.
I believe in you! With unconditional positive regard, I commit to create a healthy environment for you to process past events and old ways of being as I accompany on your journey of positively move forward with your new goals. I commit to meet you where you are, and get where you want to go, together.
I've been around the block! I know what it is like to be uncomfortable. I also know what it is like to overcome hardship and mistakes. I've grown to understand balance and duality in life. I commit to conducively exploring your dark, shadowy yin as you make your way toward your light, bright yang (we are such deep beings, that there will always be work to do!).
I commit to continuously experience, learn and study to be a source for you. I commit to begin working with you as soon as you are ready. You can connect with her through Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram.
